The Azienda Agricola Cherubin Sandra, located in Foza (VI), at Via Stona di Sotto 6a, is managed by owner Sandra Cherubin and dedicated to biodiversity preservation. Sandra raises bees and, in particular, Foza-breed sheep, with the goal of maintaining the quality of this native Venetian breed originating from the mountain village of Foza. The Foza breed is registered in the genealogical book of the provincial breeders’ association. Over the years, local shepherds selectively bred these sheep to develop their long wool, ideal for weaving. The farm holds an official livestock breeding code issued by the local ULSS health authority for ovine-caprine breeding (Breeding Code: IT041VI037).

Sandra also handles the processing of marketable products on-site, through the presence of a honey production workshop. The farm also has a project to process its own products into preserves, jams, and oil-preserved foods under the PPL Veneto project (Scia Protocol no. CHRSDR73A65A465A-11012024-2122).

The Farm collaborates with other active associations in the territory: the Breed Association for the breeding of Foza sheep, and the relevant category association.
